I finished the game a few days ago but i still cant find him, he's in the manual but no idea where to get him does anyone have a clue if he even exists

That would suck... on the other hand, maybe he's just somewhere hidden and someone who got bored by looking for him came up with this rumour...

Yes, its in the manual , I heard that you can find him in ¨The Myst¨ ?! , but I dont remember that place , do you ?

IIRC, The Mysts are the place beyond the normal world. The world of Ghosts I believe.

I think that "The Mysts" is the Nightfall Elite Mission .
